Strategic Cost Analysis
Strategic Cost Analysis introduces students to the concept of relevant costs of strategic and operating systems and the decision-facilitating aspects of those cost systems. Students will examine the effects of strategy, technology, and the environment on cost system design. The course provides a framework for the evaluation of system design and refinement through comparisons of traditional volume-based and activity-based costing.
