Operations Management Classes
Operations management introduces operations as a functional area of management and discusses the main principles and concepts in managing operations for competitive success. This course teaches students the principles of total quality management and how it is implemented at all levels of an organization; it also focuses on the acquisition and allocation of resources to support the production and delivery of goods and services. Other topics covered include operations strategy, service management, capacity analysis, forecasting, planning, inventory management, and supply chain management.
