Labor Relations Classes

Labor relations classes emphasize some of the basic themes associated with managing people, utilizing theories that transcend the workplace, and the labor relations within that workplace. Students will explore topics such as the psychology of individual behavior of work groups to understand how management styles affect employees' lives--and, by extension, their organization's effectiveness and competitive edge.
