Global Management Classes

In this course students will investigate techniques and strategies for managing performance in multinational settings to ensure an effective and efficient performance. Topics of study will include cross-cultural teams and leadership and international dimensions of human resource management. In general, Global Management provides a comprehensive introduction to issues and challenges for managing a multinational workforce based on an organization's objectives and the larger global environment in which multinational organizations operate.
