Leadership Degrees

Leadership is an important quality when it comes to business because most companies have a large number of employees that need to be successfully managed. However, leadership translates into all aspects of life as well. Students will not only learn about leadership in a business setting, but in environments of social change as well. The courses below will introduce students to leadership theory, teach students to analyze the characteristics of leaders, and to examine leadership from a multicultural perspective. While earning their leadership degrees, students will also examine their own individual learning and leading styles and consider their personal values and experiences in the context of other cultures, perspectives, and leadership paradigms.
