Leadership Degrees

Leadership is an important quality when it comes to business because most companies have a large number of employees that need to be successfully managed. However, leadership translates into all aspects of life, as well.

Students will learn about leadership in a business setting, as well as environments of social change. The courses below will introduce students to leadership theory, and teach students to both analyze the characteristics of leaders and examine leadership from a multicultural perspective. While earning their leadership degrees, students will examine their own individual learning and leading styles and consider their personal values and experiences in the context of other cultures, perspectives, and leadership paradigms.
